How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekends and peak seasons. However, we also take last-minute bookings when possible.
Do you provide a sound technician on the day?
Yes! Our price includes delivery, setup, and a trained technician who manages the sound throughout your event.
How do I pay?
After we give you a quote and you agree, you pay a deposit via M-Pesa to confirm the booking. The balance is paid on or before the event day.
Can you travel outside Nairobi?
Absolutely. We serve clients all over Kenya. A travel fee may apply depending on the distance. Mention your location when requesting a quote.
What if something breaks during my event?
We always come prepared with backup equipment. In the rare case of a technical issue, we resolve it as quickly as possible. Your event will not stop.
Do you have packages for small events?
Yes, we have setups for crowds from 50 people upwards. Just tell us your crowd size and we will recommend the right package.
